What do I do if I have more than six members of my household?

The Family Sharing setup only allows for myself, my wife, and four kids, but I have more than 4 kids. How do I set up family sharing and parental controls for ALL of my children?

You compromise, either some people will need standalone accounts, or you could share an account that is only being used for media purchases.
