Your Apple ID was used to sign into iCloud via web browser is the message I got.
I want to know if this is a scam or if it’s accurate. Because the message said it was done at 3:54 AM Pacific time and I know I was sleeping at that time.

Got the same message on Monday, April 20 claiming that if I did not click on the link to change my AppleID password, that my account would be locked. It did not happen.
Examine the raw header information and you will see that the message did not originate from Apple.

I've gotten it twice in the past month or so, the most recent was yesterday. It's definitely a scam. I've attached that graphic with one from Apple that came today, which is genuine.
Whenever an account holder signs in with iCloud account a mail is received in an IMAP account , the time can vary as it has to cross different country servers , it's not a scam .
