I got a text saying that my Apple ID is locked ? Is this a legit message from apple ?

thank you . I did not open it . I’m Leary when things like that show up but then again they look real .

You are welcome. If your Apple ID is ever truly locked/disabled, you will only find out when attempting a valid login.
