using the Apple Thunderbolt 2 cable, can I use my iMac as a display for my Mac mini?

Hi

I have two macs:

1) iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015) - Apple wrote in the specs that it has Two Thunderbolt 2 ports:

Bellow the above spec, Apple wrote

+ Mini DisplayPort output

+ Support for HDMI, DVI, VGA, and dual-link DVI (adapters sold separately)

2) Mac mini Server (Mid 2011) - Apple wrote in the specs that it has Thunderbolt port (up to 10 Gbps)

I am interested to use my iMac as a display for my Mac mini.

I can buy Apple Thunderbolt 2 cable.

Q: Then using the above cable, can I use my iMac as a display for my Mac mini?

Thanks
