I have just got a new iPad and wanted to use the apps like Blender, Opentoonz and Krita. I have tried multiple times but I have no idea where to go from selecting the dmg files. Is it my iPad Pro or do I need to convert the files? I just don’t know how to open them. I am sure there must be a simple way
Don't know where you are obtaining these apps, but the only apps you should use are obtained through the App Store, and they will download. You do not need to use a .dmg file. You access the App Store with an app on the iPad.

You cannot use full computer apps and .dmg files on an iPad.
You can only use apps obtained from the Apple iOS App Store app.
The apps you are looking for are NOT available for iPad/iPadOS.
There are no real 3D rendering apps for iPads/iOS/iPadOS.
There might be other equivalent drawing apps Opentoonz and Krita.
You are stuck/limited to apps from the iOS App Store to use with your iPad.
iPads are not full laptop/desktop computer replacements, at all!
