Pop Up Message 'No Backup for 22 Days' Yet backup completed
Backup shown as completed 7 days ago but receive pop up message stating otherwise.
Why?
What's going on?
How do I correct?

Boot into Safe Mode (How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support) by booting with the Shift key held down and reboot normally. Run normally and see if the issue persists.
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.

Yeah.... Time Machine.
I have just done another Backup, successfully.... will wait and see if Pop Message reappears.
I'll try this if Pop Message persists.
