Can Swedish iPhone 10 be used in Japan?

Hi! I want to buy a Iphone 10 when I go back home to Sweden later this autumn (to avoid the shutter noise when you take a photo), but I am wondering if I can use it Japan (I live here) with my Japanese SIM?

Iphone in Germany can be used in Japan? Iphone11 or 12 purchased in Germany can be used in Japan? I am thinking of purchasing new Iphone but I may have to go back to Japan from next April but I nee the phone. I learned that Iphones have models in each region and bandwitdth which the phone can use differ from country to country ... As long as you buy an unlocked phone in Sweden it will work anywhere in the world.
