I am having trouble seting up my ECG app on my Apple Watch 5. After I enter my birthdate it states " unable to confirm your location. Make sure your iPhone is not on airplane mode and you have a good SIM card to proceed? My location services in on. I am in the house and running internet off of Wifi. No cell is available here - only through wifi calling. Any suggestions how I can get this setup.
