I just purchased series 6 watch and when I try to set up and use pulse ox & EKG but says “unable to confirm location (which I have on when app open) make sure your iPhone not in airplane mode (it is not) and has a working SIM card to proceed, which I actually do have location services on and not in air plane mode and working phone so what should I do next HELP!!!

Thank you for the helpful information. My son resolved the issue by taking my phone and watch to a place that received cell service to finish the engagement of the two app and once he did they work fine on only the wi-fi. It was very frustrating because in all the questions asked this never seemed to have come up. But solution was must have cell service.
