Trying to download Norton 360 on my MacBook Air, and the helper tool won't accept my apple id/password. Have already changed my apple password twice and still ill not accept.

Trying to download Norton 360 on my mac and the helper tool for install will not accept my apple id/password. Have changed my password twice and still no luck....help

You're lucky! No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system. Your Mac has all the built-in protection you need.
