iPhone screen repair

I contacted apple on the 13/04/20 to have my screen on my phone repaired, the shipping box was sent on the 14/04/20 but I’ve still not received it and it’s not recorded being with the courier

I apparently have 10 days to send it in, I understand due to Covid19 this is causing delays but have I longer than the 10 days before my paid request is cancelled. ??

When can I expect the package to mail my device for repair? A week ago, I reported a damaged screen on my iPhone to my cell phone carrier (T-Mobile) which is covered/insured. The T-Mobile automation determined my phone was, alternatively, still covered under Apple Care which would (a) be more affordable and (b) be a better option to have the screen repaired, but I live in a rural area of the Midwest so there are no Apple stores/physical locations to bring my device in. The website took my $30 payment and alerted that a package with instructions would be sent to my address. I have not received the package and am still sitting here with a busted phone a week later with no sign of a change in the status of this "repair" anytime soon. Please help.....

iPhone repair I cracked the front screen of my phone and sent it to Apple to fix. After fixing the screen, the Repair Status stated that FedEx has it and that I should receive my phone in two days time. It has been 3 days past said received date I don't have my phone.
