Pleased can someone help! My iphone 8 won't let me switch off Show Caller ID!! The slider is grey and won't budge! I have tried turning the phone on to Aeroplane Mode and then trying to slide it but to no avail! It doesn't load and the wheel just spins and spins and spins. I've got in contact with my provider and they reset it and no luck there either!
Does anyone know what to do.... please!

Not all carriers will allow the user to change that setting. You need to contact your carrier to ask about turning that off.

Depending on who your carrier is, many allow you to dial a code to block your Caller ID, I believe it is *67, then your number, but your carrier should be able to help you.
