Logitech C920 webcam not functioning on 2018 MacBook Pro running Mojave

Has anyone figured out how to get the Logitech C920 webcam to work on a 2018 MacBook Pro running Mojave?

I have downloaded Webcam Settings from the App Store, still no luck. The app Camera Settings is no longer available on the App Store, so no luck there as well. Downloaded the latest Logitech software...still not working.

Your assistance is appreciated.

Hi VikingOSX, thanks for the rapid reply.

Yes, should be plug-n-play but my 2018 MacBookPro does not recognize the C920 nonetheless. I have the USB-C to USB3 but that doesn't work as well. When I plug the C920 directly (USB) into my personal MacBookPro (2015 running Catalina) I have no problem; instantly recognized. Unfortunately I need to stay on Mojave for reasons associated with work and use the webcam with Zoom, again with the work computer.

As a next step, I imagine that I either need to (be allowed to) install Catalina or verify if the USB-C to USB3 is not defective. Will update the thread if and when I have success.

Thanks!
