No white light and button not working.

Please help. My AirPods Pro were working fine this morning and I’ve not done anything to stop them working but after I put them away and got them out again they weren’t working after looking up how to fix this I forgot the device from my phone. I can now not get it bag, I still get the pop up saying not your AirPods Pro and when I press connect it shows me to press the button however when I press the button for a long period of time this doesn’t work.

i have tried resetting but no white light shows up.

i have tried a few things off the interment and I hope that someone on her can help me.

I have the same problem sometimes. After the 1st week, I started experiencing connectivity issues. For instance, does your AirPods Case Battery info popup on your home screen when you open your AirPods lid near the phone? Because mine haven't in a week.

I found that if you take bout AirPods out of the case and hold the back button though, you might eventually get the white 'find me' light. Try that.
