I was using my Mac and it suddenly locked up and shut down. When I turned it back on my user profile was deleted and I am the Admin for my Mac. I need help with restoring it.

Two Thoughts:

Time Machine Backup Restoration:

Restore the Mac from a Time Machine Backup. Did you ever create a Time Machine backup of your Mac? If so, restore your Mac from it.

Reinstall the macOS:

If Time Machine recovery is of no option, then reinstall the macOS. Nothing would be deleted. It's just that misplaced items would be placed back to where they should be and corrupt system files would be replaced by clean files. Go Here: Reinstall macOS - Apple Support. Use the third bulleted method: "Reinstall macOS from the built-in recovery disk on your computer: Press and hold Command-R until the Utilities window appears."
