Apple Music on mac

I try to use Apple Music but every time I go on the application it says “Unable to verify the identity of the server xp.apple.com” what do I do?

Apple Music on MacOS 12.4 I want to download songs on my MacBook so that I can listen to the songs offline. The problem I am now facing is that my MacBook is logged in to my main Apple ID(eg. A email). My apple music ac is using my second email which is for Japan region stuff(eg. B email). When I try to download the music on my MacBook, there is a message that "This device is linked to another Apple ID". There are only two buttons for me to choose, "Cancel" and "Transfer". I clicked the "Transfer" button, then I received a message "There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error occurred (1001)". I tried to search it on Google but there is no similar case. Is there anyone who can help??

Login for Apple Music on the web doesn't work - process seems to work but nothing happens? I've been listening to Apple Music on my work PC for years, but yesterday I noticed it had signed me out, so I took steps to sign back in (entered Apple ID, did two-factor authentication w/code from my phone, etc.). Everything seems to work fine, but the screen doesn't change and still prompts me to sign in. I've closed the browser, restarted the PC, and tried clearing cookies, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Work PC is Windows based, and none of our network or security settings have changed, I checked. Can still access Apple Music just fine on my iPhone and MacBook. Thanks!
