How can I check the time of using/time of enter the website in safari?

Where time is displayed Is it possible to move where it is on my home page? For example, Instead of top center, can it move to bottom center?

Finder, Go menu -> Go to Folder ~/Library/Safari/LocalStorage

View menu -> Show View Options -> Check Date Created. Every visited website you have not cleared from your history will now show the date they were visited.
