Apple Music Country Change

i accidentally changed my itunes and app store country/region to the USA from the UK, now none of my apple music will play and i can’t download apps due to them not being available now it’s in the USA, i have cancelled my apple music subscription as i was told to, however when trying to change it back in settings it says i can’t because i need to cancel apple music which i have yet it still won’t let me change it and my apple music subscription has a few weeks left on it yet i can’t play anything so unsure how to go about changing that without waiting for the subscription to end (& also hopefully keeping my music)

Hey there, e12m,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. I understand you've inadvertently changed your Apple ID/iTunes Store country and region from the UK to the US, and are now having trouble changing it back. I'm happy to help!

When changing your country and region, you cannot have any active subscriptions tied to your Apple ID. I see you have already cancelled the Apple Music subscription you had, which is great. Since the Apple Music subscription does not cancel immediately, but does so at the end of the current billing cycle, changing your region must wait until the end of the billing cycle as well, per Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support.
