Apple Music keeps removing all my downloaded songs

I haven't changed any settings on my iPhone, but for past three months whenever I leave home and stop using WiFi connection, but 4g is in use, all my downloads in Apple Music are removed. Moreover, all those removed songs immediately start re-downloading by themselves and eating all my data traffic (about 20 Gb) in a second.

Hello mira_shal

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having trouble with your downloaded music being removed after you disconnect from Wi-Fi. I'd be happy to share information that may help.

First, navigate to Settings > Music. Check to see that Sync Library is enabled: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music. If it is enabled, toggle it off, wait a few seconds, and toggle it back on again.

You may also want to sign out of Settings > your name > iTunes & App Store, and sign back in again.

Also, check under Settings > Music > Cellular Data to be sure you have the settings correctly selected there.

Take care.

Hello mira_shal,

Thank you for providing the screenshot. Let's keep working on this.

From the information provided in the screenshot, it appears that Low Power Mode is enabled on the device. Go ahead and navigate to Settings > Battery and turn that off until the library syncs. You can find more information about Low Power Mode here: Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone.

Take care.

Hello mira_shal,

Thank you for providing the additional information. Let's continue working on this.

The amount of space you'll need depends on the size of your music library. You can optimize your music storage under: Settings > Music > Optimize Storage. Take a look here for more suggestions to free up space: Delete music, movies, and TV shows from your device.

In reference to the "Syncing your Library" message you're seeing, the amount of time it will take for the songs to sync or re-download will depend on the size of your library and the speed of your internet connection. You may also want to take a look at the information here: If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library.

Take care.

Hello, Jameson_H!

Thanks for your help.

My iPhone is indeed in a memory shortage. How many of unused Gb/Mb I need to have in order to prevent a downloads removal?

I've also tried to log out and login back in "Settings > your name > iTunes & App Store" (as MoonJ. suggested before) on my husband's iPhone, but all downloads in Apple Music disappeared. It says: "Syncing your Library", but it's been more than a day and I'm worried if the downloads get back.

Hello, Brenden dv

Well, I've tried everything you said:

1) Log out and log in to iTunes & AppStore;

2) Turn off and turn on Sync Library;

3) Turn off Low Power Mode;

4) I do have enough iPhone storage.

The other thing I've noticed is whenever I disconnect from WiFi AND Lower Power Mode is on all downloads get removed again.

Okay, I've stopped using Lower Power Mode at all, I kept going to work this week and everything was good. But yesterday it happened again: I left home, got disconnected from WiFi, low power mode was off and again all downloads got removed. I am so frustrated.
