My “mobile data” screen is blank.

My mobile data screen is blank. I have no access to switching on/off of mobile data on my iPhone 8 Plus. From the time I updated to iOS 13.4.1 I’ve been have problems with my mobile data. Now I’ve lost control completely of my mobile data.

I’ve tried

  • restarting my phone
  • resetting network
  • reset All settings
  • Replacing SIM with a brand new one

still same result

What else can I do? Sometimes I wonder if my phone was hacked

I see that you're unable to connect to your carrier. You're seeing "No Service" at the top of your iPhone 8. Good job on the troubleshooting you’ve tried, and I'm glad to help with this.
