How can I fix my old Iphone SE 1st generation

I forgot my password but on the screen it says to connect to itunes but on itunes it doesn't say how to fix i? So i was wondering if anyone could help me out i would appreciate it a lot.

See section "remove your passcode" in this support article:--> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
