A Few Thoughts:
- Are these the Same Devices?:
Are these your device? Or are they someone else’s devices? View the devices associated to your account, and make sure that the serial numbers match up.
- Device:Account Association:
A purchase can only be associated to one Apple ID; it is non-transferable. So, if it is still available to download from the App Store, then you should be able to download it. She cannot have your own purchases.
- Verify the eMail Addresses:
So, make sure that another eMail address is not assigned to your Apple ID. If you can log in, obviously you are connected to your account. Be certain that the Apple ID has your own eMail address when going into Settings and clicking on your name on the very top of the screen.
