Why can't I resize my Signature window in Mail?

Why can't I resize my Signature window in Mail? I'm running Catalina 10.15.4 No resize arrows come up when I try to hit the edges. Please help! Any ideas would be appreciated.

Apple Mail - Signatures Pane Runs Offscreen After upgrade to Catalina, my Apple Mail signature window runs off the bottom of the screen. I can't reach the "+/-" and am unable to use the scroll bar or scrolling function to go through them to reach the ones that are off the bottom of the screen. Deleting all my signatures is not an option. Are there any fixes for this issue? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
