iphone XR black screen of death

I have had my iphone XR since the 24/09/2019 and on the 22/04/2020 at 09:33 the phone just turned off.

I have tried to do the phone reset volume up then volume down and hold side bar for 30 seconds.

This didn't work, I then came home and plugged in to my main laptop port using the apple cable connection, still nothing.

Can you please advise what to do next.
