Earpiece. Dot behind it? iPhone 11 Pro Max

Hello. Is this normal I can see a dot behind the earpiece. Not sure if it was always there etc but just concerned only had it a while thanks.

It's too tiny that you would only notice it if you look for it. I think it's a few damage pixels. I would like to ask if this damage pixels will spread over time just like any other phone devices. small dot above iphone 14 pro max ring/silent button Is this a norm? Very disappointed with apple’s QC. Obviously if this was a knock it would have a rough feel to it but it’s totally smooth and embedded.
