can't uninstall iTunes

Need to re-install iTunes and keep getting error message that it's looking for a file (38cae18c0741d118500cddb05ff3170ee2671c45ec786f6a97047c22f53f_iTunes.msi) in order to un-install. File does not exist on my computer. Know of a work around to un-install iTunes?

Windows, Windows 6

Hello Leatherneck1111,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to uninstall iTunes on your Windows computer. To help with this, please make sure you are following the steps in this Apple resource on this process:

Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later

Cheers!

Thanks Jameson, but it still will not allow me to uninstall iTunes or iCloud. I've deleted Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour, Apple Application Support 32-bit, Apple Application Support 64-bit. I've deleted the iTunes folder, Bonjour folder and iPod folder in the program files folder. I've ended all tasks related to iTunes and Apple through the Task Manager. When I go back to the Control Panel, iTunes is still there along with iCloud. I can't update either iTunes or iCloud and can't unistall either. I keep getting the error message as follows for both when I try to uninstall or update; The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package '38cae18c0741d118500cddb05ff3170ee2671c45ec786f6a97047c22f53f_iTunes.msi' in the box below.
