My desktop folder has disappeard from various software

Since i"ve updated my OS to 10.15.4 my desktop folder has disappeared from my Lightroom and ON1 import windows. Anyone have any ideas? I don't think it's an Adobe issue since the ON1 software isn't an Adobe product. I've tried everything I can think of. I've attached a screenshot to let anyone know I have the correct things checked in System Preferences.

Make sure the Lightroom Classic and Bridge have Full Disk access in the System/Security & Privacy/Full Disk Access preferences pane.
