Subscriptions
I would like to download an app but I can’t because the card on file is empty, yet when I try to remove it it says there is an active subscription but according to the attached photos, there obviously isn’t.

I see that, when trying to change the payment method on your Apple ID, you receive a message that there's an active subscription. You've check and not finding one that's active, and I'm glad to help with this.
