I have there different mail accounts on my iPad. Let's name them A,B and C.
If I get a incoming mail in A account with a CC in C account, after reading in A account I decide to delete the mail from A inbox then the mail is also deleted from C account.
Very annoying.
Apple Support unable to help. I spent hours on the phone trying everything.
Any idea ?

Perhaps an obvious question, but have you configured an entirely seperate/independent email account for “A”, “B” and “C” in your iPad settings?
Settings > Paswwords & Accounts
It follows that each of the accounts will all have a different/unique usename and log-in details.

Yes I did. One email account is Yahoo, the other is iCloud and the third one is independent (my company email).
All of them have different usernames and login details
I reset the iPad as a new one, recreated the email accounts > same issue
