The microphone of the original Apple headphones if connected to my Imac increases the volume by itself

Headphones microphone captures internal audio I'm running into an issue where If I'm with my friend for example on Discord, and also playing a YouTube video in the background they hear my internal macOS audio. I have already tried 3 headphone pairs and the same problem occurs. Also tried creating a blank user, and that did not solve the problem. Is my headphone jack dead? Is it software side? mac microphone The MacBookPro's microphone emits sound with zzzzz. It doesn't have that problem with earphones. What should I do?

Same Microphone showing up twice in Apple Preference Sound I uninstalled logitech ghub (removing the application and some files in Library), and now when I plug in my blue yeti x microphone it is showing twice in input and twice in output. And when I use an application like obs the yeti is also showing up twice. If I go to applications, audio midi setup, it has Yeti x1 yeti x2 yeti x3 and yeti x4. What can I do so it only shows up once. I tried rebooting the computer, plugging and unplugging the USB and that did not help. I have a mid 2015 macbook pro with monterey OS.

Make sure you aren't depressing the function keys that could be adjusting the volume.
