iPhone X, can't turn it off, white screen when going to iMusic

Hi everybody:)

So yesterday I was gonna listen to some music via imusic on my iphone X, and in the middle of a song imy phone just stopped playing the song. This morning my phone seemed to work normally, I shut it off yesterday. Then again, in the middle of a song the same thing happened. The screen goes white. I can't turn off my phone. Tried to take out the simcard wich is now blocked and can't be re-opened by my phone company. And Apple support seems to be joined only by phone call and no texting...

Help me please, and thank you all so much in advance. I live in Norway btw, if that matters...

I know how important it is to rely on using a fully functional iPhone and I'd like to help.

To help troubleshoot this behavior, I recommend to perform a force restart on your iPhone: Force restart iPhone This can help, when an iPhone is unresponsive.

In addition, you'll want to review the battery health status of your iPhone to see if there's an issue with the Peak Performance Capability that might be impacting the performance of your device.
