I bought an Apple Smarty Battery Case from Amazon in October 2019. It's not working any longer. How can I inquire about a replacement via warranty?

All Apple products come with Apple's Limited warranty. You can check the warranty status at checkcoverage.apple.com after entering the serial number.
It is also worth noting that some countries have statutory warranties or consumer law, you may wish to contact Apple Support to check if those warranties apply in your country of residence/country of purchase.
