During reset MacBook Air (middle 2012) impossible find wifi and keyboard doesn't work

Hello

from few day i have this kind of problem with macbook air

i can log in because password is not recognized, i can reset password and change correctly (as the question of remind password) but i restart there still is old suggestion and old password

i can see that whrn i try to log in the keyboard is not working properly, for example i can't write number (numbers are writing symbols, with capital lock on - green light on - is writing normal letter, capital lock off is writing capital letter!)

when i try to change password the numbers and capital letter and keyboard are working perfectly

i'm trying to reset all, format and install but while system is finding a Wifi, i can't fine my wifi .. jus on netgear that doens't exist in my house

anyway wifi is recognized when i try to change password..

any idea?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network or login to your user account while reinstalling macOS. I’m happy to help.

To start, I would like to have you restart the SMC and NVRAM on your Mac:

Reset your password again following the steps here:

Change or reset the password of a macOS user account

If you're still unable to login, I'd like to have you test if you can login when the Mac is booted in safe mode:

thanks a lot for your help

unfortunately i already tried to reset vram and all

tried to the smc

and of course reset password

seems impossible...

when i'm on the page for login or adding new wi-fi (system can't recognize my wi-fi but i try to insert manually SSID and password ) keyboasd doesn't work

all numbers wrotes only symbols like #@<>. .. and any numbers

but when i try to change password using my apple ID, keyboards work ...wifi found my wifi

i'll try to reset mac connected with cable ... waiting for amazon delivery...
