since update 13.4 my front camera stopped functioning this happens when video calls with any application including story instagram, I'm sure this is not hardware because the camera functions to take photos
again this just doesn't work when recording video or video calls any solution ? because i update 13.4.1 the the problem remains the same ?

I am very sure this camera is normal and nothing has changed this same cell when at 13.3.1 ... the problem occurred right after starting the device after update 13.4. I have done everything including restore and reset via manual and itunes but nothing has changed!
