Hi, I every month pay for extended memory 200gb, but my IPhone last month always writing that it’s full of memory 64gb, check and delete some files, why it’s happening? Maybe it’s problems in system?

Purchasing iCloud storage does not add storage space to an iPhone. If you need space on the iPhone, you will need to move or delete existing content. Cloud storage can not be used for that.
