ICloud (photos and notes) not syncing between Mac and other devices

It seems that Icould is not properly working (specifically problem with Photos and Notes!!) on Mac:

1) I did some restructuring of "Photos" albums on Mac and that does not appear on Icloud and does not sync with other devices. I tried logging into Icloud online - my MAC is listed as active for all apps incl. Photos app. The other 3 devices are synced.

2) The same is for Notes- Icloud notes are syncing with all other devices except MAC.

Any ideas???

It is not an update issue - Mac has the latest Catalina version.

I tried logging out and back into Icloud... nothing changed.

I can't imagine what else can I do...

Thanks in advance!

Is notes box checked in iPhone https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/iphone/iph7262fd4fe/ios

And in Mac https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/mac-help/mh36834/10.15/mac/10.15

Both iPhone / Mac are to be signed in with same Apple ID and password , for photos application the box of photos must be checked in iPhone , in Mac system preferences - click on appleid icon , under iCloud the box of photos must be checked , make sure you have set up photo library and its preferences turned as on https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204264

This method applies using iCloud services ( on the same high network speed ) as syncing can take hours .

As per the article https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchlada1d602/10.15/mac/10.15

You can sync your Mac and device when they’re connected over same Wi-Fi network. To set up Wi-Fi syncing, first connect your device to your Mac using a USB or USB-C cable. You then turn on Wi-Fi syncing and choose the settings you want. Whenever your device connects to your Mac over Wi-Fi, you can select it in the sidebar and sync it. (You can turn on automatic syncing if you want.) Your device must have iOS 5 or later or iPadOS 13 or later.

Syncing over Wi-Fi is slower than syncing over a cable.

Thank you, I tried this too- but as I said, I have an Icloud, so the syncing should happen automatically and same for the Notes. But it does not. When I do the steps mentioned in the article it just shows me that photos are automatically synced via Icloud. And they should be. But they dont :(.

Hope I get more suggestions... this is really sad and anoyning. Icloud looses sense to me.
