Display damage Iphone XS

Hello guys, i have a question,

My IPhone XS display is damaged a bit, just the front glass. I still have one year limited Apple guarantee, which expire on April 27, so next monday. I was wondering if it is possible to change screen glass under warranty or i must pay 311,20 euro as apple support website is saying?

Unfortunately i can't do Apple Care + anymore.

P.S I didn't drop the phone, but i have some little scratches and from one of those the screen get demaged
