Iphone - hotspot

Hey!

I have the following problem. The personal hotspot in the Iphone XS does not work, or actually does not work properly. Symptoms are as follows. After connecting, a blue connection icon appears on the phone, but the computer indicates no internet (wifi icon with exclamation mark). After the phone reset, the hotspot turns on normally. The next day I have to do a reset again.

The problem was already on the previous version of IOS, but I thought that after the update will improve. However, it seems that this may be the cause of the cellular network.
