Email threads repeating, incomplete or including unrelated emails

How do I fix my email issues?

When I use the settings to Organize by thread and Complete Thread. The thread starts repeating itself when I go back to read the conversation history.
The thread is also incomplete. I’ll be looking fo a specific part of the conversation and it won’t be there and it’s repeating other stuff making it harder to navigate.
Sometimes the thread will include totally unrelated emails from completely diff clients.
As of yesterday the mail app is also allowing me to scroll thru one email and into another. i.e. I open an email from Walmart and if I keep scrolling I will be “in” an email from a client. Not threaded emails.

I see that you're having an issue with your incoming emails. I can understand wanting to get this resolved quickly, and I'd be happy to help.

Let's start by having you restart your iPhone and then test to see if the issue returns. If the issue remains, take a look at the article below and remove the account, add it back and test again. The steps are located at the bottom of this article on how to remove the account and add it back, if needed.
