And if the tape is too much, take a tiny piece of Saran/cling wrap and use it to make a lens filter....so say it’s a 1 inch square of the wrap. Use a piece of tape to tape around the back or along the sides to hold it over the camera lens

You’d probably need to try the options, use the front camera to take a photo and see if the effect is what you want, and if not, adjust or try something else. A piece of thin clear plastic, like from the plastic produce box or other types of packaging may also serve as a blur tool

If you mean blurring the image of you, try a little bit of clear tape over the camera lens.
