Recovery of Firefox History

Through some bad advice I inadvertently deleted history from Firefox. Please advise me as to how to recover it. I'm on Mojave 10.14.6 and Firefox 75.0

You can restore your third party app using Time Machine or Local snapshots to get your history back.
