Complete delete apps

Dear Mac community,

Many times, when I delete an app, there are lots of folders that stay in different parts of my mac.

Is there an app or a way to completely delete an app?

If you are going to delete an app, check the download (if it downloaded as a.dmg file) you received to see if it contains an Uninstaller app, or contact the developer of the app to get full uninstall instructions.

Many thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, I've noticed this is not enough to delete an app completely and I have to manually search and delete any related files or folders. Does Apple provide any solution that is not third-party software? If not, is there any software you'd recommend?
