Upgrade and replace SSD on macbook pro 2019

I want to buy a new MacBook pro and I couldn't find an answer to this regarding the 2019 model. If I buy the 128 GB SDD one can I later upgrade and replace the SDD for a larger one if I find that I need it? I don't know if there are differences between the US and EU models but I'm talking about the european

Since 2016 all components are soldered to the board— no user upgrades are possible past the point of sale.
