iPad 11” keyboard doesn’t work

My iPad Pro 11” keyboard doesn’t work. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes, reboot, etc. I’m not going to try the soldering suggestion. It was happening intermittently so I went to the Apple store. It worked when I got there. Now, it doesn’t work at all and Apple stores are closed because of the pandemic. I heard that the last operating system update was an issue. When will Apple fix it?
