Calling from abroad

Hi,

I need to call the UK from the USA. I will be calling from a UK mobile phone, and I will be calling a UK mobile phone. I don’t think I’ll be in the contacts of the phone I am calling.

Will the uk mobile number I am calling be able to see that I am in America? Even though I’m calling from a UK registered mobile.

if they can see that I’m in America, is there away to prevent this?

Thanks.

Hello UkCaller,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are wondering about using your iPhone from the UK in the US when traveling. This will depend on your carrier and plan you have, so please see the info in this Apple resource and contact your carrier for more help with your situation:

Cheers!
