Apple Music subscription

I have the family plan for Apple Music and for months I’ve noticed double charges why does this happen? I get charged once then the next day again

iPhone 7, iOS 13

(especially step5) or maybe

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
