Use of wireless lavalier external microphone using Mac

I want to use a wireless cavalier microphone with my MacBook Pro, however when I plug it into the headphone jack it does not show up on SystemPreferences and only shows "Internal microphone" -build in. The MacBook does not recognize the transceiver and I have used an extension with a plug both 2 and 3 black bands.

Does anyone have solutions or answer for that?

MacBook, macOS 10.15

maybe check the site of the manufacturer of the lavalier as to how to use it with a Mac.
