NO Caller ID

my iPhone11 shows my phone ID for iMessages and FaceTime number, but

phone calls show NO Caller ID to the person I am calling.

How can I fix this?

Therefore, I'm unable to send or receive iMessages or FaceTime calls from my number, my apple id is being shown instead. Linked my phone number to my Apple Account but cannot find my phone number under FaceTime/iMessage I don't see my phone number listed under FaceTime/iMessage settings - both in my phone and my mac. As a result, I'm not able to make phone calls directly from my mac. If I try to call from mac, I keep getting the error 'Your iPhone must use the same iCloud and FaceTime account.'

Call you cell phone carrier.

Caller ID is for an incoming call.
