OneDrive duplicate on startup
As you can see below screenshot that OneDrive is duplicate, but there is only one OneDrive in the application.

So what happens when you remove the extra one showing using the - sign
Change Users & Groups Login Items preferences on Mac ...
If this is unique to OneDrive then search Support on OneDrive website for help.
Use the minus sign to remove the duplicate if it is an issue.
If it is not an issue— why worry about it(?)

It is only on duplicate OneDrive on the login items but it is showing one icon on the Menu Bar.
Also, there is tick next to hide on both OneDrive icon but it is still showing on the menu bar.
CTL-clicking on the Logon Item entry will show the location of the app in Finder. Do both entries point to the same place?
