Esim activation

Good day. I tried to activate the esim service on my iPhone 11Pro but couldn't do it. The lifecell operator supports this service! Could there be a reason in my phone or can this feature be activated? Thanks for the help.

No eSIM in my iPhone 11 pro max So I got an iPhone 11 pro max and apparently it was made for china market as there was Chinese papers including with it, when I wanted to setup my eSIM service I got shocked that there wasn't an eSIM option at all, so I searched about it and I found that iPhones made for china mainland, unfortunately, don't support eSIM. So is there any way I can activate this service in my iPhone? I'm not living in china and my country support eSIM and I really wanna use it. Please tell me there's a way to activate it. Thanks.
